Elite Marine Dock & Seawall was founded by Dave Davis in 2024 during a time when waterfront communities throughout Tampa Bay were facing the aftermath of Hurricanes Helene and Milton. As neighbors worked to recover and rebuild, Dave recognized an opportunity to create a company centered on dependable craftsmanship, honest communication, and showing up when people needed help the most. What began with a commitment to serve the Apollo Beach community has quickly grown into one of the area’s trusted names in marine construction.

For Dave, building docks and seawalls has always been about more than construction. It’s about protecting waterfront properties, creating places where families make memories, and strengthening the communities he calls home. Whether responding after a storm, supporting local events, or helping homeowners prepare for the future, he believes every project is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.

That same philosophy shapes the culture at Elite Marine. Dave believes exceptional work starts with exceptional people, which is why he invests in his team just as much as he invests in every project. By fostering a workplace built on respect, accountability, and pride in craftsmanship, he’s created a company where employees genuinely care about the work they do and the people they serve. As Elite Marine continues to grow, those values remain the foundation of everything they build.
