Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative at Elite Marine, you will focus on generating new business opportunities and building relationships with property owners and decision-makers throughout the Tampa Bay region.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing new business opportunities in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and Manatee counties

• Meeting with residential and commercial clients to discuss marine construction needs

• Building relationships with waterfront property owners, HOAs, marinas, and developers

• Coordinating with our team to prepare project estimates and proposals

• Managing follow-ups and nurturing leads through the sales process

• Representing Elite Marine with professionalism and strong industry knowledge

We’re looking for driven, self-motivated professionals who understand how to build relationships and close deals.

Qualifications include:

• 5+ years of sales experience
• Construction industry experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working in the field throughout the Tampa Bay area
• Folks with criminal records are encouraged to apply
