Elite Marine Dock & Seawall is hiring skilled and motivated team members to join our dock and seawall construction crews. Our field teams build and restore waterfront structures across the Tampa Bay area, helping property owners protect and improve their shoreline investments.

Open Construction Positions
Seawall Construction Crew
Our seawall crews install and repair seawalls that protect waterfront properties from erosion and storm damage. Team members work together to install pilings, panels, and structural components that create durable shoreline protection.
Dock Construction Crew
Our dock crews build custom docks, boat lifts, and waterfront structures for residential and commercial clients. This role involves hands-on construction, teamwork, and attention to detail to ensure every project is built to last.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working in a team environment and take pride in building quality marine structures.
Qualifications may include:
• Construction or skilled trade experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable working outdoors throughout the Tampa Bay area
• Ability to work in a hands-on construction environment
